I'm William Huddleston. This summer I built internal AI tools at McKinstry, a national construction and energy services firm, and I study information analysis at the University of Michigan. Small businesses have the same problem the big ones do. Somebody is spending hours every week on work a computer should be doing, and nobody has had time to sit down and work out which hours those are. That is the part I do first.
Most people want to know what this costs before they commit to anything, so I made the first step free and the second one small.
$250 · credited in full toward any build
First we talk for an hour, and that call costs you nothing. If there is something worth digging into, I go look at how the work actually gets done. You get back a written report naming the specific processes costing you the most time, what each one costs in hours and dollars, and a price to fix it. The report is the part that costs $250. If you decide not to hire me it is still yours, and that $250 is all you spend.
One price · agreed before work starts
You pick a fix from the report and I quote it before I start, so the number does not move. Most builds take one to four weeks. When it is done I hand over documentation written for whoever on your team will actually be using it.
Monthly · optional, offered at handoff
Thirty days after launch I re-run the same measurements from your audit so we both find out whether it worked. If you want me to keep watching it after that, there is a monthly plan. Plenty of clients will not need one.

Think of the job in your week that nobody enjoys and nobody has gotten around to fixing. Set roughly how long it takes and what an hour of that time costs you. The number is what that one job costs you in a year.
Count everyone who touches it, not just one person.
Wages plus overhead, or what you would pay somebody else to do the same job.
This is what the time costs you now. It is not a promise of savings. Nobody can tell you what a fix is worth before they have looked at how the work actually gets done, and anyone who quotes you a savings number over the phone is guessing. Working out which of these jobs is worth automating is what the audit does. It costs $250 and it comes off the price of the build if you hire me.
