My own work runs on 24 tools and 17 written procedures: a morning brief, calendar sync across two accounts, drafting, filing, and a dependency map over all of it so nothing quietly breaks. I use it every day. It is why I can tell you on the first call what is worth automating and what is not, and I would rather show it to you than describe it.

Use a working session for one narrow problem or an audit when several workflows need to be measured.
The $250 AI Working Session is paid when booked. We spend ninety minutes on one narrow part of your real work and aim to leave one small improvement running. If it needs more access or testing, you leave with a scoped implementation plan instead of a rushed system. The $750 AI Inefficiency Audit is paid before it begins. Within one week, you receive a written report naming the processes costing the most time, what each one takes today, where automation would not help, and a fixed price for each worthwhile build. You keep everything whether or not you continue.
One price · 50% to start, 50% before launch
You choose a measured opportunity and receive one defined scope, price, and success metric.
You pick a fix from the report and I verify the required systems, access, APIs or exports, sample data, and approvals before I quote it. If a critical dependency is still unknown, I tell you before either of us commits. Once the scope is ready, I quote one fixed price. The first 50% starts the project. You review the completed system in staging, and the final 50% is paid before production launch and handoff. Every build names one number it is meant to move, what that number is today, and where I expect it to be in sixty days. Most builds take one to four weeks after the required access is available.

Thirty days after launch I re-run the same measurements from your audit so we both find out whether it worked. After that there is a monthly option, billed at the beginning of each service month: I keep what I built running and measured, and each month I build the next thing on the list. You get a one-page report on the same number every month, so you can see what you are paying for. Cancel before the next billing date. I only offer it when the number your audit measured is big enough that keeping it watched pays for itself.
